The staff are very friendly and welcoming, considering that I don't even speak their language. They couldn't have helped me more and made me feel more at home in my new local DZ! Manifest was very efficient and friendly and the Aeroplane is simply the best one I've ever jumped out of. I didn't stay around for the last jump and beers but it did appear that serious partying takes place here! Share this review Link to review

The staff were more than accommodating and helped me get familiar with their facilities and the landing area. Though I was new to this dropzone, people went out of their way to introduce themselves and welcome me. Very friendly vibe at this dropzone, far more friendly than most dz's in the States. Their PAC 750 climbs to altitude quickly, and it seems like a plane made for jumpers. Spectacular view of the alps from altitude. Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful, as are those in manifest and pretty much any fun jumper there. Restaurant serves up delicious food. Didn't stay for the end of the day, but I imagine the parties here are plenty fun too. Will definitely go back soon now that I'm current again, and I recommend this DZ to anyone visiting Switzerland -- it's well-worth the trip! Share this review Link to review

Nice and helpful and competent Stuff. The location between 4 lakes and close to the Alps is breathtaking. They offer to camp on their DZ for free. Restaurant on DZ open every day. They operate with a Porter. Always free slots ! Exit altitude is 3800m +. Students and beginners and experts welcome. Their Motto: Have fun, but be on the save side. Share this review Link to review

I'd recommend anyone visiting Zurich or Lucerne to go to this DZ instead of one of the larger ones. Other DZ's in Switzerland get so busy you may not get to jump! This DZ, on the other hand, will welcome you. I jump with them every time I visit CH. While their facilities are bare, the jumping is great. The only drawback is that, on Sundays, people don't get to jump until after 1200 because of some regulation regarding airplane noise and church goers. Share this review Link to review
hendrick 0 October 22, 2001 0 of 0 members found this review helpful 0 / 0 members 3 Professional: Services: Location: Facilities: Vibe: Aircraft: Nicely located between the Alps, near the Pilatus peak. The view is great and differs during the day (cloud formation). Beromunster is a nice little club with limited facilities. If you want to stay for the weekend then you will not have trouble finding an inn at reasonable price. The club is friendly to foreigners. You can rent some gear and take the C206 turbine to bring you up to altitude. Share this review Link to review
