mccordia 74 #1 October 30, 2011 Due to bad weather on sunday only 17 our of about 25 jumpers got to make jumps for the competition and several jumpers only showed up on sunday to watch the clouds pass us by within touching range (and eat pancakes). It was the 3rd time we resceduled the event due to bad weather, and luckely we managed to finaly fly, be it with a few missing participants in the Intermediate catagory. Several flyers with only a few jumps showed amazing results, as well as several top flyers in the Intermediate catagory getting close to the 4th/5th place results of the Unlimited/Open catagory. Great, great fun! We had a lot of great prizes thanks to FlySight (Europe) and Phoenix-Fly. As well as fancy glass awards that for sure will look sexy in any house. The DZ threw an amazing end of season party with model and life size hot-air Balloons, snake/crocodile and acrobatic shows, a live band, amazing dinner and much much more. Attached are the results.
