TikiMan 0 #1 October 7, 2013 Anybody have any experience with or know how to print onto a suit. From the limited research I have done there appears to be 2 options: Screen printing and Thermal transfer. Thermal printing reaches high temps: 350-400 degrees and might burn the suit. Any input would be appreciated.

Any input would be appreciated. We have done a bunch using a heat press at about 315f. Haven't seen any damage done to the suit but all of our best results come from printing before the sewing is done. That also greatly reduces the risk of destroying a suit. We did a couple of suits as a test early on and I had trouble getting even pressure over the stitching. Take a look at Tony and Jhonnys suits for examples. Some of the ones that weren't put on too well started to come off. https://scontent-a-dfw.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/1233631_10153291191310571_2138071066_n.jpgSummer Rental special, 5 weeks for the price of 4! NeonLights 0 #6 October 8, 2013 I have tried to feed my wingsuit into my home printer with little success.. Anyone have any tips? You just your wingsuit through your printer and then put it in the oven, right?
