bennord 0 #1 February 15, 2016 A friend has asked me how to hook up the cut away on a Matter Wing suit! I can hook it up to work but the trouble the cut away has 2 cables coming from it and I don't know what the extra do or where they are supposed to go. Does anyone have a manual or picture on how these cables should be routed? Not even sure if the handles that came with it are original. Any help here would be appreciated! piisfish 140 #2 February 15, 2016 My guess is that it is like the older S-Fly models. The short cable is for the upper arm, the longer cable for the lower arm. There should be a channel to insert the longer cable which ends around the elbow bend. Is that what you were looking for ? You were talking about the wing cutaway right ?scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
bennord 0 #3 February 15, 2016 Hi there, That's what I initially thought but there is no channel for the longer cable. Here are some pictures to relate!
piisfish 140 #4 February 15, 2016 The last picture would be the best way to rig it then. Like that you also get a release of the upper arm without needing to pull the handle too far.scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM

bennord 0 #6 February 16, 2016 Thanks for that, I might sew a couple of guides in there to tidy the cables up. It looks very similar to the S-Fly that someone has added a manual for. Thanks again for responding to my message!
