BASE on WV quarter LOSING!!

The Bridge Day jumper depicted on the proposed WV quarter design to be released in 2005 is now in 2nd place with 38% of the vote. A similar design showing the NRGB is in first place with 40% of the vote. The Governor of WV eventually selects the winning design and he may use polls such as this to determine the winner.
