madflicker 0 #1 March 19, 2004 I am coming to ljubljana, Slovenia for business in late June and it looks like it is relaltively near the terminal wall in Northern Italy? Can anyone tell me how far it is and whether I could drive between them or take a train in a relatively short time? Or do I need to fly? edit: site naming. ~TA
TomAiello 26 #2 March 19, 2004 You ought to contact either Robert Pecnik of Birdman (robert@bird-man.com) or Stane Krajnic of Atair (atair@k2.net). They both live in that area and jump the terminal wall in Northern Italy quite often. You may also want to inquire about their other nice balkan objects.-- Tom Aiello Tom@SnakeRiverBASE.com SnakeRiverBASE.com

jerry81 10 #4 March 19, 2004 I believe that wall is about 200 miles from Ljubljana. Stane is probably your best bet for jumping in the region, although your options in Slovenia are somewhat limited- last time I checked, people were so desperate they were doing 200' spans. nicknitro71 0 #5 March 19, 2004 You mean ? I'll be going there this summer. Let us know Yes, he did mean that. He even named it, just like you did. Let's try to avoid that. ~Tom AielloMemento Audere Semper
cobaltdan 0 #6 March 19, 2004 its a fun drive. you can drive via bled into austria and then down through italy. or go the other way straight to trieste, italy and then across. I like the southern route. Have fun, it is a beautiful spot !!!! sincerely, daniel preston atair aerodynamics www.extremefly.comDaniel Preston <><> atairaerodynamics.com (sport) atairaerospace.com (military)
