deurich2003 0 #1 February 12, 2004 Any high altitute drop zone jumpers out there?? Does zp wear out faster if you dump high consistenty? Trying to figure out why my current sabre 2 150(manufactured 6/03) is more crispy than a stiletto 135(manufactured 2/02) that was jumped in Colorado about 65 times. Would storage issues have something to do with why the stiletto looks more "broken in"? Another other ideas? Never Give up! Never Surrender!
lazyfrog 0 #2 February 12, 2004 maybe storage, surface on which you pack etc, exposure to the sun, but altitude of the DZ should not have influence. Maybe also a different fabric, or colour, this COULD have an influence. That's my guess.---------- Fumer tue, péter pue ------------- ourson #10, Mosquito Uno, CBT
phoenixlpr 0 #3 February 12, 2004 It depens on the enviroment you are using it. E.g.: it wears out sooner in the desert, because of the sand.
flyangel2 2 #4 February 12, 2004 I jump and live here in Colorado, and my saber is doing fine. I'm guessing I have about 500 jumps on it, and I still love it. I take care not to leave it in the sun and pack in the shade.May your trails be crooked, winding, lonesome, dangerous, leading to the most amazing view.
