BASEnewb 0 #1 October 8, 2005 I'm a newbie to BASE jumping, but I've been reading up online and it's really sparked my interest. I understand that I shouldn't leap right into BASE jumping, that I have to have at least 150 skydives first. Once I have those done, what's next, how do I start? Any personal tips, feedback, or experiences would be great, additional information sources may be useful too! Thanks!
BASEnewb 0 #3 October 8, 2005 I've read that before, and found it quite useful. I'm currently about Step 4. I've probably seen most of the sites on jumping, I'm more looking for personal advice and experiences I guess.
JaapSuter 0 #4 October 8, 2005 Prepare beyond skydiving, then be ready, and then take a first jump course. Also highly recommended is to get BASE 66 and other books. There is lots more websites listed here. More personal experiences can be found in the stories section of BASE WIKI.
