I'm sure everyone here appreciates your compassion.

the jumpers present (and their cameras) should provide enough evidence to understand the mechanics of what went wrong.

more importantly, I appreciate your support. we could not do what we do without the help of many non-jumpers. heck, the cheering crowds are a joy.
