Xray showed no fracture, neither on the back nor the arm, so i'm pretty lucky with that, and I walk away with a sprained wrist and an aching back, not a big reward for that gross pilot error I made. I want to express once again my gratitude to everyone of you who took great care of me yesterday, you know who you are, and I owe you much.
