Trebec 0 #1 July 9, 2006 Last time i went to europe i bought a plug adapter for my camera charger. When i got over there it didnt work. Luckly my German friend had an extra one for me. Well i lost that one and i dont want to make the same mistake i made before. Does anybody know the exact name of the type of plug adapter that will work over there? piisfish 140 #3 July 9, 2006 what adapter did you get ? You need some kind of "multiplug" if you travel to different countries, as there is no European standard plug.scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
pope 0 #4 July 9, 2006 if you don't know what to get, just wait until you land in that country and go to the airport magazine shop--they'll hook you up. pope
blitzkrieg 0 #5 July 9, 2006 just cut the female end off of an old extension cord leaving about 4-6" of wire. trim the ends back about 3/4" and then just stick them in the outlet. it will work everywhere, even the US.

mccordia 74 #8 July 10, 2006 Take the end of a US extention cord, then go to any EU shop, and buy the cheepest $1 radio or alarmclock (with electrical cord) you can get and cut off the cord. Fix your US plug to the other side, et voila (thats french)JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
