riggin a chest/pillow altimeter

I have an old alti V. Is there a way I can convert it into a pillow/chest mounted altimeter. I'm not very creative when it comes to these projects.

Sure....it can be super tacked to a chest pillow and that will hold it on there just fine.

Back in good-old-days we used to wrap our wrist-mounted altimeters around empty beer cans and slide them onto our chest straps.
If you want to look professional, ask Para-Gear - or any other major dealer to sell you a triangular pillow chest mount.

Or make a mount which clips onto the mudflap below the 3 rings. There's been plans posted a couple of times
