I heard the Gargoyle is typically heavier than the Perigee, but I'm curious to hear more details and about other containers. I could ask manufacturers, but they can only give me a bunch of numbers for particular models and sizes of their rigs. I'm more interested in hearing from people that have jumped or own multiple rigs. Imagine hypothetically you wanted the rig to be as lightweight as possible, what are some of the things you could do? RayLosli 11 #3 August 10, 2006 If you cut out all hardware. No grommets except flap grommets. Then remove all Padding/Skrim. No inner Lining, No decritive Tape or Binding. One piece thick only continues Rap harness webbing from Lift to leg-strap. Then basically just have the thinnest/lightest weight of Parapack as Container body for containing your canopy.
