I ordered my suit from their website and when I punch in my order number to see its status, it says it doesn't exist. Has anyone else had this problem? Can't get ahold of them by phone. mr2mk1g 10 #2 March 11, 2004 I think thats for your shipping number so you can track the package in transit. When they ship it they send you the parcel number then you can go to the website and see where it is in the world. Its not for how far along in production it is... but then with their lead times - who really needs that. If you're curious how its going send blas an e-mail - he'll be pretty quick with his resp. crazydiver 0 #3 March 11, 2004 it said it was my order number. Surely they would'nt have a shipping number for me instantly. I have written him two emails. haven't gotten a response back yet.
