michalm21 2 #3 October 31, 2006 "the average wages of the south Asian laborers, who work in summer in temperatures reaching 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit), are "probably in the range of a couple of hundred US dollars a month" for a shift of "eight to 10 hours" a day, six days a week." kansasskydiver 0 #4 October 31, 2006 Sucks don't it? It happens in more places than you think. I worked in a wharehouse in Brazil for .88 cents an hour with no fans and no ac when I was 12... I know what it's like So figure the typical work day is 9 hours and 15 mins 5 days a week all manual labor, per month is: U$145. That was when the Real was worth more than the dollar too<--- See look, pink dolphins DO exist!

meekerboy 0 #9 November 1, 2006 We need to get an opening event organised there with some of the tower officials. I am sure that through a "friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend" we can find a connection; and in addition there are enough of us who have organised quality events to act as an envoy???
