National Park Information Needed

i have a project that involves nation parks, specificaly Yosemite.

The project probably does not involve BASE jumping, but it involves filming and possible 'air delievery'

I would like some advice as to where i can find regulations on 'Air delivery', and Rock climbing regulations in the park.

I understand a Filming permit is in order, and i have researched the 'Verticle Visions' links a bunch.

is there a NPS law database out there? i searched, and i would think it would already be up on a thread, but could not find one.
