(Something tells me I should've bought myself a computer before I started skydiving; I doubt I'll ever be able to afford one now... ) -Miranda you shall above all things be glad and young / For if you're young, whatever life you wear it will become you;and if you are glad / whatever's living will yourself become. mayday1 0 #17 December 4, 2002 Cheers for all the Hellos everyone.. Yes, Talon 2s are the most common rig in Aussie, mainly because they are locally manufactured and serviced. Parachutes Autralia have just started making Talon 3s, Voodoo and now Talon FS. The Talon FS is a VERY nice rig, and costs MUCH less than a similar US rig like a Javelin Odyssey. Add a Kiwi Canopy like a Crossfire or Safire and youre laughing. The past 12 months or so the Kiwi Icarus Canopies are becoming popular amongst people buying new canopies. A lot of the Talon stuff is tried here first then p/u in the US. I've got a Talon and its my baby....umm Talon 3's have been out for ages, Voodoos have been out forevere almost. I guess we just get new things a little quicker up here. Are you going to the Nats? I won't be jumping too much, I'm the Meet's dubber again.xj "I wouldn't recommend picking a fight with the earth...but then I wouldn't recommend picking a fight with a car either, and that's having tried both."
