krisruff 0 #1 January 23, 2003 Hi. I've been lurking the forums for about a year... ever since Sangiro contacted me about designing the dropzone.com t-shirt. Thanks to all of you who have purchased one (or in some cases two or three!) or any other GoWear t-shirts. I'm in Minneapolis and there's a windchill today of 23 below zero which makes the start of the skydiving season feel infinitely far away. Thought posting to the forum would make me feel better.Kris http://www.go-wear.com

headdown10 0 #5 January 23, 2003 Welcome Sounds tropical, up here in northern Alberta Canada we have had temperatures of -37 without the wind chill. We go out on the river with an old rig and a 190 7 cell something tie a rope to a truck and perform our own version of parasailing. Can't wait for spring. AggieDave 6 #7 January 23, 2003 Or talk him into a new design, it'd be cool to see a new design each year. --"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."

krisruff 0 #14 January 24, 2003 Okay, okay, so it's not THAT cold here. I used to skydive in the winter when I first started jumping... we'd put duct tape across our noses to keep from getting frostbite if it was really cold... but now that I'm "old," I pretty much just wait it out until spring (or head to AZ or the tunnel if I just can't wait any longer.)Kris http://www.go-wear.com
krisruff 0 #15 January 24, 2003 If you're interested in a baby doll tee, I can do that as a special order, but it would have to wait until the next printing (the same thing would be true for anyone interested in a long sleeve shirt). I think my current inventory of dz.com shirts will last several more months, but if you want, send me a PM, I'll put your name down on my special order list and contact you when we're getting ready to print the shirts again. (Of course, this is assuming Sangiro wants to keep offering the shirts.)Kris http://www.go-wear.com
krisruff 0 #16 January 24, 2003 I think if the shirts continue to be popular, a new design could be possible. The current one came out last April, so it hasn't been a year yet...Kris http://www.go-wear.com
