Anyone from Skydive Orange?

Hey Everyone,
I'm planning on starting AFF in late March/early April and have pretty much decided on Skydive Orange. I've got two jumps from a long time ago (one static, one tandem) but will be starting at AFF Level 1. Any tips for a new guy, and anybody on the boards jump at Orange? Later.

Nope, not from Orange, personally, but I'm sure there's a few on. As far as tips....uh, pull, relax, pull, listen to those intructor dudes, pull, have lots of fun, and pull.

Hey there Dave,

Glad to hear your going to start back up with the jumping. I've been at Skydive Orange for the last 5 years. I'm happy to hear you've settled on Orange to continue jumping. We have a great group of people there and a great instructional staff. I think you'll really enjoy it (Not to mention a rockin' night life after sunset)

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I put down a deposit today for Level 1...March 30th is the date. It's a Sunday, so unfortunately I won't be there for Saturday's post-sunset shenanigans. Hopefully there'll be plenty more time for that ! Looking forward to meeting and jumping with you guys.

March/April is a good time of year to start skydiving. You will have a long summer to get your feet in the air. Enjoy!

Good luck with your training and welcome to the forums! I skydive at Raeford, not Orange, but I have several friends who skydive there.
