RUWILLN 0 #1 June 3, 2003 Hello all, just dropping a line to say wow jumping is addictive!! Had my first tandem the last weekend in April to celebrate my 34th B-day.. Thought it would be a 1 time thing but oh no it wasn't to be... I've set up a "Jump Party" (no not a boogie) for June 14th in Quincy, Fla which I'm proud to say is my Home DZ. I've got about 10 people that are going to jump their "# 1" no I didnt say the "F" word... while I get in tandems 2 and 3 ... Then off to IAF training... firstime 0 #10 June 5, 2003 welcome to a sport and a group of people 2nd to none. I am also new (23 jumps) and loving it. This sport will fine tune you in everyday life and it will change the way you look at everything. When I look up at the sky... I wonder could I jump this??? Just today while driving home from work, I threw my cigarette out of the window and thought "relative wind". How many times have you looked at a plane and quipped "he's crabbing" . What happened to us? Hey we are small minority standing tall against a large group with alot more thinking abilities than most. I feel a sense of confidence that the average person will never feel. So enjoy, be smart, always keep your head on a swivel and never assume. Larry
