Nice to meet you all!

Recommended Posts

I'm Doug Ackerman, username Skydoug (can't believe that hadn't been taken yet!) I jump out of Lodi, CA. I did my first tandem jump back in 1990 and took lessons the following week. Last year I returned from jumping after a 4 year (got married--d'oh!) hiatus. Basically, when SHE left, I returned to the drop zone! Why did I ever leave??? Any of you who jumped with me in the 90's, post a reply and let me know how you're doing. See ya in the clouds~~

Hi Doug ~

It's Dusti from Lodi (Parachute Center) .... We've talked a couple times ... but I just signed back on to DZ.com after a long while and saw your post. Thought I would reply.

See you at the DZ.

Take care,
Dusti

Hi Dusti, great to hear from you! I'd say "Let's do jumps" but I'm grounded for a couple months while I wait for my hand to heal after surgery to re-attach 2 tendons and a nerve. :S By then, my new rig will have arrived. Woo hoo!
