luckky 0 #3 August 22, 2003 thanxs for the welcome.......being JM by my SO has been a good thing,he knows what i am thinking,,and has been a good experience for us both,,he has kept it fun and safe and says that i am progressing very well..got a kiss pass from him on my 15th jump....i am having a blast and wanting to learn,,but find that when i am asked to do something new i got scared,,like when i did my 10 sec delay,,JM said i was ready for 20 sec,,i says noo i wanna do 10 sec again,,needless to say i did the 20 sec and luved it,,did that well and he says u ready to go to altitude,,,noo i says,lol..i did it and did great at it,,but am finding out that the fear is mixed with the excitment and anticipation,,and am finding more and more that it is normal to be scared.. I have been jumping at just one DZ and very soon am going to be introduced to another DZ,,I'm scared,,lol..i need to quit rambling,If there are no trials in life, how will u know what is really imprtortant liv2luv luv2liv,,,SUMMOOO 1 lucky
SkydiveNFlorida 0 #4 August 22, 2003 Glad you're having fun! I'm having a blast, too. I just started a month ago, I have 22 jumps and have never had more fun in my life! I am not usually scared, but did get a little uncomfortable switching DZs, I have been to three of them now, and its actually not such a big deal. I am feeling mad comfortable at all of them now.. I may just have the best DZs in the whole world, tho:D Angela.
