suicide 0 #1 September 25, 2003 Hello Everyone, I had the pleasure of my first jump yesterday at The Ranch in Gardiner NY. Geoff provided exellent instruction and a hell of a ride while Carol did some outstanding video. I want to thank them both for a wonderful day. It is true what they say.. it only takes one jump to become an addict. Hope to see you all around the clouds. Suicide !

Rebecca 0 #3 September 25, 2003 Welcome to dropzone.com and our wonderful sport! I gotta go with Skymama, though, and seriously wonder about your name- not the best one to choose in this company... What is the reason you chose that name? In any case, join in the fun, and be safe out there!! you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk? suicide 0 #4 September 25, 2003 Hehe. The name comes from my coworkers, its supposed to be half true and half ironic. I am extremly big on safety and in the military it is important. On the other side of that i always volunteer for the missions that have the most action. Guess im just an adrenlin junkie who is good at his job :) best of both worlds. Butterflybabe 0 #9 September 26, 2003 Okay, I think that we all probably did a little quick inhale at reading your screen name because we've all had the same question asked like.... "Are you crazy?" "Do you have a death wish?" "What's the matter with you?" "Do you want to die? I like another pearl of wisdom I picked up at the DZ this weekend from another jumper. He said "I just tell them I skydive because I choose to live, not because I choose to die and everytime I pull that cord, I'm reminded of just how much I love living." I think that you will fit right in here because everyone I've met so far have a few common personality traits and one of those traits are that they are meticulous about safety, theirs and everyone eleses (is that spelled right?) too.
