shodan75 0 #1 March 9, 2004 Hey everyone..... I'm new to the sport of Skydiving and just wanted to say hi! I recently traveled from Toronto, Canada to attend the The Mardi Gras Boggie hosted by Gold Coast Skydivers, with my g/f and another friend. They jumped while I did my Aff. training. There are no words to describe how I felt after my first jump.......I take it that I'm not the only person that has this problem. During our trip I came to realize that skydivers are very welcoming and helpful people.....not to mention great partiers. Also I just wanted to say thanks again to Adrian, Will, Chuck, Paul, Louise and Lynnette for getting me through my first seven jumps. I did nine jumps during that week and those first seven I will never forget. Now I can't wait until the cold disappears so I can start jumping at home. Blue skiesOne must ensure that his or her spirit is never broken......Samurai Maxim
