Javelin NJ???

Recommended Posts

from sunpaths website:

Container Type NJK
Reserve Canopy (With) Microline 113 – 120
Main Canopy (With) Microline ZP up to 120
Main Airlock (With) Microline 107
21 Cell Cross Brace (With) Microline/Vectran 96 - 103

NJK is just the new name they gave for the NJ after they changed the sizing chart and added a few more sizes.

have a TJN odyssey with a sabre 135 in there and it fits just right

It should. TJN's were built to fit 135 zp mains. ;)

Personally I wouldn't try to stuff a 135 in an NJ... A lot depends on the normal humidity levels where you jump. Life would suck packing a 135 into an NJ in Eloy or Perris; it might not suck as bad in Florida.

In my NJ Odyssey, I have an Techno 128 and Contrail 135. Not the easiest packjob, not a fight either.
The trouble with skydiving; If you stink at it and continue to jump, you'll die. If you're good at it and continue to jump, you'll see a lot of friends die...

I have had a PD126R and cypres in my NJ
I also have had the following mains:
Samurai 120
Jedei 120
Samurai 105
Xaos-21 98
Velocity 96
IMO it will fit up to 126 reserve w/ cypres and up to 135 non-airlocked, non-cross-braced ZP main.
It will fit up to 103 cross-braced (21 cell)
Good luck
Troy

I am now free to exercise my downward mobility.

Well, maybe my Javelin isn't a NJ....

Sounds like a J1 or J2 to me. I dont' think any rigger is crazy enough to pack a 160 reserve into an NJ!

Yea... you're probably right. Maybe I better take a closer look at the rig I jump with everyday B|
