984door 0 #1 September 7, 2004 Hey, I just had my first jump this weekend. I went out a visited my father out in California for the weekend. So for his birthday he desides to sent my sister and I to jump. It was a blast. The place we jump was at Perris Valley in Perris, CA. Its about 40 miles north of Escondido,CA. I believe next month they are having a HUGE nation wide contest there. Well I had a great time doing this and already wanting to plan the next jump. I guess there are a few places around here. I live in Ann Arbor,MI. Another great thing that I got to expierence was a wind tunnel that they have there. I think they said there are only a few in the nation. That was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Anyways here is one of my shots. I know its not the best but you can still see it.

dresherr 0 #4 September 8, 2004 Hey if you're from michigan you should definitely check out Central Michigan Skydivers located in Mount Pleasant. It's my home DZ and is sweet. I did my student program there and they're always up for newbies to come and get there license. You can search for it under the dropzone link here or PM me and I'll tell you all about it. That's sweet you jumped at Perris. I used to live by there but never jumped there (too young) Well hopefully I'll see you at the DZ, and good luck to your future in skydiving -Richy
Chrissay 0 #5 September 8, 2004 Congrats on your jump! If you are interested in jumping again, you should check out Skydive Tecumseh. It is only about 35-40 minutes from Ann Arbor ( I live in A2 also). We have a Super Otter for aircraft and a very forgiving landing area. We have a great student program and offer both AFF and Static Line. Hope to see you there! cya Chrissy
984door 0 #6 September 8, 2004 Yeah some friends and I are wanting to go there soon. Plus one of my friends knows one of the pilots that are there. I would like to start a program but am unsure of the prices.
