GodspeedsC5 0 #3 October 26, 2004 Thanks, the site has been a great resource of information. Everyone at the DZ has been super friendly and helpful too, I have met so many people I am embarassed to admit I don't remember all the names yet. I do recognize some of the members here as people I have met. I noticed some of the guys I watched do night jumps this past weekend were posting in the General Skydiving section - that was simply amazing. We have a huge landing area, no worries! Oh, and WELCOME!
 GodspeedsC5 0 #8 October 29, 2004 Actually I have jumped at Spaceland! I did my first two jumps (tandems) there with some friendly encouragement from a coworker who goes to Spaceland. I have not been back since I went through AFF/SDU at Skydive Dallas (I live in the DFW metroplex), but now that I have my A license and have my own gear on the way I plan to return again soon. If I see you next time I come down I will make sure and say hi.
 Amanduh 0 #9 November 1, 2004 Sounds awesome! Who did you jump with out here? My canopies arrived yesterday (PD Sab2 190 and PD 176 Reserve), the Cypres next week, and the container/harness (Vector M-Series) the following week. I guess I could always come down and rent gear for the day though.
 BIGUN 1,313 #12 November 2, 2004 My pleasure!!
 GodspeedsC5 0 #15 November 15, 2004 I was able to make 3 jumps this Saturday on my new rig at Skydive Dallas from 9-10k. I heard Spaceland was not doing any loads due to weather, so I did not come down. If the weather is better this coming weekend, I will try to come down to Spaceland.
