ducatigirl996 0 #1 August 9, 2005 OK so who would have guessed this is what I would have "fallen into" no pun intended but like everyone else out there I am hooked. I am looking for jumpers in the Philadelphia/NJ area who would like to go out for the weekends and work on some things... the more you know the better! I have 22 jumps and will get my A license by this weekend. Just trying to take in all the good advice I can. Also is there some sort of actual store where I can go try on jump suits. I see that most of them are made to order but I would like to get a better idea of what I need/want. skymama 37 #2 August 9, 2005 Welcome to the forums! As far as trying suits on, isn't Square 1 up there near you? I've never been there, but they are the best full-service store I can think of in your area. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
skydiverbry 0 #3 August 10, 2005 Welcome to your addiction. What I did was try on a few suits of people close to my size, diferent materials, took adivce of my instrutors, bought a used one, tore it up praticeing my "landing". Then I had someone measure me up and ordered me a custom made, colored to match the rest of my gear suit. Sold my rig because Ineeded to take a break from the sky but keep my suit & helmet.-------------------------------------------------- Growing old is mandatory.Growing up is optional!!
