Jeebuzzin 0 #1 August 30, 2005 Heya, I'm finishing up my pilots license wanting to go into aerobatics soon so it was suggested that I do some training in case I ever need to use my chute and I must say ... Ut OH... I'm getting kinda pysch'd about it to the point that I'm thinking about taking it further then a couple of training jumps. Of course this means that I'll have to cut back on either flight training or the homebuilt plane project I've just decided to start for the funds. Any suggestions for good places around the west KY area .... well for after this lil storm passes through that is .... and many other pilots here? _____________________________________________________________ "Never let a day end without feeling satisfied." - Jeeb

Check it out, http://www.skydiveky.com/ Hey Steeler, Yea I pulled them up in a search last night and went throught their site, looks like a good time group of ppl there! I'm in Madisonville, KY, so it's a lil over 2 hr drive, or 1hr for me to fly it to Samuels Field. I will have to get with them to see if I can fly right to their private field, that'd be perfect! If this weather is better this weekend I may head up there ... maybe cya there! _____________________________________________________________ "Never let a day end without feeling satisfied." - Jeeb
Jeebuzzin 0 #5 August 30, 2005 QuoteWelcome to the forums! Hi Andrea, Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I sure did, great site overall too. Pouring through the photo galleries now ... addicting! I think I'll be joining steeler over at Bardstown (Greene County) to have some fun. Going to be interesting to see how my mind works after being drilled with all the safety of flight training and keeping the plane in the air to jumping out of one. _____________________________________________________________ "Never let a day end without feeling satisfied." - Jeeb
