Tinker 0 #1 November 22, 2005 Hey, I'm tink, I only started jumping at the beginning of Nov but I've already been to my local DZ (sibson, which is fab) way too many times. Damn the weather in winter though! Done 7 jumps already, doing the RAPS course so still on dummy pulls. With any luck will be doing my first freefall this weekend as long as the weather isn't crappy...! Absoloutely loving the sport and can't wait till I get qualified...I'm not a very patient person by the way!!! lol

Peej 0 #5 November 23, 2005 Hey Tink, welcome to the forums and to the sport! You'll find that even if you don't have patience at the beginning, you'll learn it soon enough what with hving to wait for weather to jump, then having to wait for loads, etc etc. Have fun and stay safe! krazykate 0 #8 November 28, 2005 Hi tinker, I'm new too- but only done a tandem and 1 static line. The static line was fun but cold and no freefall! I'm saving now to do my AFF beginning of next year fingers crossed, so when i come off student status the UK weather should be a bit kinder... maybe! Good luck for your other jumps, Kate
