Simply pull the ring out to the side of the packjob far enuf to move it all up to the bag grommet and no problems... see... http://precision.aero/extreme_pack.htm While you see an extension in the pictures, simply do the same with the attach ring (meaning pulling it out further) then carry the ring to the top of the canopy to meet the bag grommet... and there ya go.
