gofast_ER 0 #6 March 30, 2006 QuoteWelcome to the forums! this is no joke. At least for some. I honestly ate cup o noodles for about 3 months while going through aff then saving up to get my rig. I did manage to fork out a little for soda though I may not agree with what you have to say but i'll defend to the death your right to say it.
DottieBear 0 #7 March 30, 2006 Where are you doing your training? I started with the freefall adventures venue in FL, and want to do as much as I can at their two jersey locations, but its just SO far.....I live in Avon, CT in april-oct. I have heard some good things about CPI, but feel weird leaving the ones I started my training with!!!~Dottie “Everything looks perfect from far away.” Postal Service, Such Great Heights

Unforgiven2144 0 #10 April 4, 2006 I did my AFF level 1 this morning, it was interesting. freefall went real good, everytihng went well untill pull time. I pulled fine, then nothing happened. the pilot chute was completly inflated but the pin was stuck. one of the instructors said it was really jammed in there and he had to give it a nice pull. i fell for another 1,000 feet while that happened. it was pretty scary but i cant wait to go for level 2.
