winston_06 0 #1 June 12, 2006 Hi, My name is Sarah i am a 22 year old student nurse and after a loooong time i have finally got my A-licence! I started my training in Perris, California back in march. I passed all my 8 levels and really loved it. i did a further 8 consol/solo jumps. got back to the uk and realised that i needed to do a 'hop and pop' in order to get my licence. Although, (!) every new drop zone i went to they would be like ok do a solo again to get back into it then do a hop and pop...well! every time i got around to doing this blasted hop and pop i was weathered off or not enough people on the load etc.......so.....yesterday i FINALLY got to do a hop and pop! yay!! so all in all 15 consol's and 9 levels later i am a skydiver!!! And i will be until my body or brain cannot let me! Its my life now and i hope to one day be well known in the sport......

Peej 0 #3 June 13, 2006 Hey Sarah, welcome to the forums and congrats on your H&P and finishing up! I spent some time out at Perris a while back, what an awesome place huh? You should search for the "London Skydivers" thread in the Bonfire and hook up with some fellow dz.commers. damion75 0 #4 June 13, 2006 Hey Sarah! Congrats on completing the training! Don't think that doing it on a sunday means you get away with the beer fines! We'll be waiting at the bar next weekend... As I said at the DZ on Sunday, there are plenty of people who can help you progress through the next level and give you all sorts of good advice at the DZ so take what you read on here with a pinch of salt!
