I can't seem to upload an image to my profile...? It keeps saying its too large even though i know it isn't. Any ideas? Thanks very much"I don't mean to harass you, but I was very impressed with the capable and stylish manner in which you dealt with that situation. skymama 37 #6 October 27, 2006 Did you read this in the FAQ? Sometimes it works to reduce the quality of the picture. If that doesn't work, send it to me and I'll do it for you.She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

So hello, hello and hello...hope to see you around!! X Hell, I've been staring out the window at blue skies for a few months now... I feel the financial blues you do. I haven't jumped since June 1st. Uncle Sam's Misguided Children just don't pay me enough to pay the bills and jump... I usually have to choose one or the other. I usually choose to jump until I'm at risk of negative credit marks, then I bust my ass for extra cash to catch up. This last round's been kickin my ass though. Don't worry though. You'll get up there. Think of it this way... the longer you have to wait till your next jump, the more you'll enjoy it!Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie.
skymynci 0 #9 November 22, 2006 But if I don't jump soon I'm going to BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRSTT!!!!!!!!! (breathe, breathe...) Was just plucking up courage to post my ink on the other thread....I've got urges for another tattoo to deal with now too. I can just tell you're a thoroughly bad influnence aren't you!!! There's no shame in ink... if you have the guts to put it on your skin, you should have no problems putting it out there for people to see. Just make sure that you think about whether or not you'll mind having that tattoo when you're 80 and you have grandchildren. That was a thought that went through my head each time I got ink done. Don't just think about it, either. Sleep on it a few nights. Sometimes you'll change your mind. I have many times. I'm glad I did. Bad influence??? I sure as hell hope not. I haven't gotten ink done in over 2 and a half years. I love showing it off though. I limit my ink to that which has deep meaning to me. As funny as it looks, the muppet tat has quite the meaning behind it, as does all of the others. Some are self explanitory, some take some explaining, but they all make sense to me and I wouldn't remove 'em for anything. I even had them placed in locations that wouldn't affect me in a business sense. They're all covered by a t-shirt. Dude, trust me, I know what you mean about jumping. I haven't jumped in almost half a year. I'm so anxious to get this rig put together, but I don't wanna get lax on the bills. (I purchased a container that didn't have the main d-bag and pc, the reserve free bag and pc, and the risers. So far I've gotten the container, and the d-bag.) I still need canopies and a few other parts. I wanna jump, but I'm trying to wait till I get this rig set up so I don't have to rent gear. I'm craving soooo bad right now, but patience is a good quality to have. Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. pilatus_p 0 #11 November 23, 2006 You are all bad influences. When my back heals I am getting back in the air and unfortunately I have enough in my bank for a rig. Just a rig, mind. Food may have to wait. I fancy a Sabre 2, they look rather good Welcome skymynci! Rosshttp://www.teamtechnology.co.uk/troll.htm
skymynci 0 #12 November 24, 2006 Thanks....food? Pish, who needs food when you've got enough money for a rig!!? I'll send you some biscuits! Hope you get better and back up in the sky soon XXX"I don't mean to harass you, but I was very impressed with the capable and stylish manner in which you dealt with that situation. skymynci 0 #13 November 24, 2006 "...I'm craving soooo bad right now, but patience is a good quality to have." I know, I know, you're right...doesn't make it any easier though eh!? As for gear, the only thing I own at the moment is a pair of gloves and silk liners! Am working on everyone for Christmas presents though! And ink? If I'm totally honest justifying any expenditure on anything other than skydiving just isn't going to happen at the moment, tattoos are SO adictive though. I may post it up if I can find a decent picture...will have a look for one...
