Ok so I'm going to ask the ugly question... how does everyone afford to do this so often.. at least for now this is one heck of an expensive hobby.

A tax refund paid for my training and I got a second job to pay for my gear. I also got the cash for 2 jumpsuits by selling old clothes at a consignment shop. Now, I bargain shop, do without some luxuries and budget so I can jump, but I never jump on credit. Everything is a trade-off. A few months ago when I had to buy $600 worth of tires, I could only jump a few times that month. You just find a way to make it work, but I wouldn't recommend going into debt for skydiving.

I figure Ill max out the credit card and sell everything I own to buy gear when I get my "A".B| Cus nothin can compare to skydiving!

Credit is a truely bad way to do it, have seen guys with so much debt it'll take a life time to pay off.

I'm doing it the old fashioned way, save save save and save some more. That's why I won't be starting till next year, hopefully. . . .:)
