skydiveul 0 #1 June 26, 2007 Hey guys, new to the site. Damien here from SkydiveUL. We're the University of Limericks Skydive Club, ( finally in existance after months of "insurance Questions" from non believers ha ha). Any how since I got the go ahead to roll out the club in march, we've jumped over 60 newbie's at static line,and almost a third are progressing through the courses, well happy with the result. I honestly thought i'd be twisting my friend's arms to join!! September's recruitment looks set to be overwhelming as we try to heighten the awareness of the sport here in Ireland. So expect me to be askin advice here on lots of issues such as gear , dropzones in other countries etc I'm relatively new to the sport myself, but set up the club cos I think everyone should skydive!!
