price question?

Recommended Posts

Yeah not bad. If I remember correctly they sold new for $1300 and sometimes could be had for a few bucks less.

Why is this one being sold? Some of them had a reputation for hard openings.

Hornets went for $1000 new when PISA was still manufaturing them. $750-$850 for 25ish jumps would be a good price. It is a great canopy! Most of my jumps have been on a Hornet and the new Pilot, which is a refined Hornet.

Quite a coincidence that the span & chord dimensions match the Hornet exactly.

Uh huh. And all ram airs are the same.

Geeeze. When did skydiving become full of conspericy theory fanatics.

It is not the same canopy. Not even close. Having flown both, I can assure you they are two different canopies.

diablopilot is correct. They are completly differnet canopies. By refined I mean they are similar in platform factor, simi eliptical. The pilot is a better design but simiar:S
