splat200 0 #1 May 20, 2004 We have three sets of Pro-Dytters and Pro-Tracks, ( my camera helmet, tandem helmet, and my wife's brain bucket ). I've used others, but I like these one's the best. One of my Pro-Dytters started screwing-up. I asked Larsen & Brusgaard if I could send it in for repair, and they said no problem. I also mentioned I needed some to buy some batteries, a set of the little gold springs for the batteries that I lost, and a couple of extra helmet clips. I sent them my Pro-Dytter with my VISA number, for the repair work, and the extra's I needed. They emailed me back, saying the unit was un-repairable, and would be replaced FREE OF CHARGE. I recieved a brand new Pro-Dytter in the mail, a fist full of batteries, helmet clips, springs, and batteries covers. All FREE OF CHARGE ! Larsen & Brusgaard ROCK !!! Thanks guy's !
