Sik 0 #1 August 10, 2009 So0o I figure I would introduce myself, Im a 23yr old soldier in the US Army stationed here at Fort Hood, Tx. I have wanted to jump ever since I was a kid and seen the movie "Dropzone" and had a uncle that was a Instructor. Military, money and time have always prevented me but now I'am able to do it. I plan to start my AFF one the first of the month and knock out at least 2 jumps a month. A good friend will also be doing this with me. Cant wait to see if it feels anything like I've always dreamed it would. Be glad to be a part of this community as I become a skydiver finally! Sik 0 #5 August 13, 2009 Update: Well, I'm now scheduled for my first AFF on Sep. 5th, also scheduled a buddy of mine for that day also he's always wanted to jump. Cant wait, the days are gonna go by s0o0o slow until then... should be good times, its during the Deadman Boogie at skydive temple so we'll be hanging around most the weekend.
