Reno1967 0 #1 November 11, 2009 Just passed AFF on Nov. 3rd. No repeat jumps, but had my first reserve ride down after a tension knot spinning cut-away on jump number 6. Can't believe it happened, but it sure built up my confidence! Made 11 more solo jumps that week! Not bad for an older gal....No regrets.....
grannyinthesky 0 #2 November 11, 2009 Congrats on passing AFF, youngster.. I started skydiving at 57, two years ago. Good job with the reserve ride. I had my first from the same thing at about jump 35. It did make me feel good to know that I was able to deal with it competently. Welcome to skydiving. Where did you do AFF?"safety first... and What the hell..... safety second, Too!!! " ~~jmy POPS #10490
