ssgp2 0 #1 August 11, 2010 I did my first tandem jump last weekend and loved it!!! No surprise to you guys I guess... ;) I jumped at Nouvel Air in Farnham Quebec,Canada. The weather was OK, looking forward to a nice sunny day to enjoy the view. Got the experience on video of course. I know I should do some search on the forum, but if you could suggest a few books on the matter, it would be appreciated. I enjoy books that are technical enough to read them a few times and general enough to give me a global view of all aspect of skydiving. Thanks

Flyerer 0 #3 August 12, 2010 Welcome. I would suggest two books by Brian Germain. The Parachute and It's Pilot, and Transcending Your Fear. The first is more technical. You should be able to read it many times over as you advance in the sport, and continue to learn from it. The second is a bit more abstract, however it is a great "read" for sky divers and non-sky divers alike.
