mantask 0 #1 September 17, 2014 Made couple SL jumps, then made aff 1,2,3,4. Now, 12 days passed since my last jump, and there wasnt a single night that i wouldnt dream freefalling :D im 30 years old, but i feel like im , i dont know, 7 ? :D will this ever stop ? By the way, i discovered skydiving too late. Summer ended, and now im out to another country, and wont be back till winter. So, late spring it is. How to deal with time ? :D partying, women, hunting(used to love that) dont even get close to freefalling. What the hell ?
FlyingRhenquest 1 #2 September 17, 2014 Nope, but you kind of get used to feeling that way. Other countries have skydiving. Or maybe indoor wind tunnels. If that's available, you could spend an hour or six in a tunnel learning how to fly your body. It's not quite the same, but it'll do in a fix. If you can't do either, you could just spend all your free time obsessively reading skydiving articles and watching youtube videos!I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
wan2doit 6 #3 September 18, 2014 You are lucky I didn't find tunnels until 65+ so you are in better shape than me. I also love hunting and have done it a lot for over 50 years but now the money has to be divided and I think the tunnel will get more than half - maybe much more. LOL On the way back fromn iFLY Orlando last week I ran the car up to about 90 with the driver's window down - something sounded familiar and I realized the wind sound reminded me of the tunnel so than I stuck my arm all the way out and damned if it didn't feel a lot like the tunnel. This fast ass high speed air play really grabs a person tightly.

I just wanted to share that joy which is keeping me high :D I did a couple of night jumps last night, as I walked back to my car I started laughing uncontrollably. It's fucking awesome. I've asked people with over 10,000 jumps if the feeling ever goes away and they said no, it changes but it never goes away.
