jbrown499 0 #1 November 28, 2014 Greetings, I'm a new jumper (just finished 100th jump, started about a year ago) from Washington state. I haven't posted here before so not sure if this is the right place to ask a question as well as introduce myself, but... here goes. Does anyone know if there are any DZ's in the US that use, regularly or sometimes, an An-2 or and An-3? Thanks, John from Washington
wolfriverjoe 1,523 #2 November 29, 2014 Welcome. On jumping an AN-2, I don't think so. AFAIK, the AN-2 was never certified here in the US. Which means that any that are flying here are doing so under an "Experimental" certification. Which usually means "no jumping.""There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit."
