Stumbled upon this forum while doing some research, and happy to have found yall. I have recently completed my AFF course, and am a few jumps into the progression for my A-License.

I completed AFF in San Diego, and have jumped at Perris as well.

It sure is!

No hop and pops yet. I am hoping to do that in the next couple of jumps, but I want to do a packing class as well.

I did 5x3min sessions in the wind tunnel at Perris after my 3rd AFF jump. It was a lot of fun, and helped with my leg awareness and understanding how to move my body to get a desired result. Hung out and watched some pros as well. Amazing stuff.

Love Skydive San Diego! I got to jump there for my first time on Labor Day weekend. Hit Tsunami in Ocean Side as well. I'm envious, you have quite a few play grounds out there. Welcome to the sport and don't fret the HnP. It's easy and you'll start to like them after the first one.

Quick update: Got my A-License sorted out two weekends ago in San Diego. Everything went pretty well, but still so much to work on and improve.
