BTW: I ended up getting the fancy new hardware because they were out of french hardware and *upgraded* me for free. I'll see how I like it. emmiwy 0 #136 August 20, 2010 I jumped my first rig yesterday. High altitude hop and pop. :) Most comfortable thing I've ever worn, fits me like a glove. I love my V3. I love this sport, everyone I've met doing this and everything it's helped me become.
OG-Tahiti 0 #137 August 20, 2010 And it looks even better on the Elsinore couches lol Well I also got my new V3 but haven't had a chance to jump it yet. It fits good but feels just a bit tight on the shoulders, like there is a little too much pressure on them. The rig feels more comfy in a box position on my bed tho Just wondering if you guys felt like your V3s kinda got broke in and loosened up with a few jumps on them. virgin-burner 1 #138 August 21, 2010 i got a V306 that feels a bit like a brick, it's VERY tightly packed i think with the chutes i have.. not uncomfortable at all, but it's not like it's softly snuggling against my back.. i love my micron! “Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S. Shoot 0 #144 August 23, 2010 Quoteok ok :) V348 with all the goods and the new stowless deployment bag. Does it use magnets to close it or tabs??
OG-Tahiti 0 #145 August 23, 2010 It uses two locking stows/rubber bands and then the lines are stowed in a side pouch that closes with tabs. They have a different material at the "mouth" of the pouch that pays the lines on opening, most likely helps with durability."Common sense is not so common" - Voltaire Dudeist Skydiver #
linebckr83 3 #146 August 24, 2010 Mine felt a bit tight across the yoke as well when I first bought it. It will loosen up and break in as you jump it. I've got about 100 jumps on mine now, but I think the last 50 or so have felt the same once it loosened up. Enjoy!"Are you coming to the party? Oh I'm coming, but I won't be there!"
