I've been watching this for a couple weeks, as I live in Ca. and it showed up on some news source. I have no proof but knowing the ABC board here in Ca. It is probably he pissed of the ABC agent, she decided to make his life he'll. How he pissed her off we may never know. Could have cut her off, wouldn't let her merge or pass your guess is as good as mine. But yes the ABC board can make your life hell just cause they can. And nothing happens to them 3 years or so down the line when charges are dropped, Cause no charges should have been brought in the first place.
