jclalor 12 #1 May 11, 2017 So my Fiancé is pulling into The Starbucks drive thru when the person in front of her throws it into reverse and hits her. she says her lower back hurts a little. If she goes to the doctor will this now be considered a "Pre existing condition" from here on out?
husslr187 24 #2 May 12, 2017 If she gets fixed it shouldn't be a pre existing conditions if the condition is gone. I'm not sure how insurance see it though but the other persons insurance should pay for it (eventually)

But if she has a back problem in 30 years, and they go after her, she might expect some very big fines and/or loss of coverage. (Assuming loss of the ACA of course.)
