Besides in a stew.? It is very good.. but like most members of the deer family it all depends on the time of year and the gender of the animal that the meat came from and the age of the animal at the time of its demise. Edited to add that is also important to handle the meat properly... and to age it appropriately. And hopefully you get meat from the hunter that was anywhere near the wound track... since small fragments of lead can permeate into large areas.
