If the guy is going to do a low pull, "at 1900' " he shouldn't have put that in the show, BSR bust (granted at a non USPA DZ, but he checked in with his USPA card). Also shouldn't have had the camera guy pull afterwords. So, that altitude is BS. Land off and wait for them to start the search for you. They probably won't start by looking at the airplane. Just sayin... they know ya got out. The parts that I liked the most were: Firing up a twotter right in front of the hangar, without people coming outside to see what's going up/ask for a free jump. Taxi and takeoff on a dark airport at night, no headset and no obvious radio calls. (I know it's uncontrolled, but that still irks me). That DC3 was a beaut though! Real or faked... scripted And edited,, or shot as is... These shows usually have Multiple camera guys hauling around these BIG Ass Cameras....NOT at ALL conspicuous.. Bill didn't bat an eye...just put 'em on a load... I liked the show with the Beaver on skis..
