quade 4 #5 July 1, 2014 It's difficult for me to look at this and know how amazing it is. Knowing how much time and energy goes into every, single, tiny, detail. Knowing it is building on previous proven designs that have taken us to the Moon and hundreds of other times to low Earth orbit. Knowing that NASA is driven by relentless, slow and steady progress toward unfunded goals that may be on the chopping block at any moment. If the money switch were turned on, I'm certain they could do nearly anything allowable by physics and we'd end up on Mars and beyond in fairly short order. It saddens me there is so little political will to do so. Probably because I'm mostly selfish and want to see it in my lifetime.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

The problem is that theer hasn't been competition. I can't help but think that with China's space program ramping up, the political muscle of the US is being flexed again. Personally, I dig #29. I think Mach diamonds are amazing. My wife is hotter than your wife.
